What this role actually looks like:

This is not just a “show up and shoot” role. You’ll be involved in all facets of running a photography studio, both behind the scenes and client-facing. You’ll be trained in photography, posing, lighting, and our workflow, while also supporting the full client experience from start to finish.

Minimum of 40 hours per week
Must be available weekdays, evenings, and weekends
You’ll be working directly with clients, so professionalism and reliability are non-negotiable

Your core responsibilities include:

Learning how to photograph sessions in our style
Communicating with clients before, during, and after sessions
Assisting on shoots with lighting, gear, set setup, and location prep
Supporting behind-the-scenes tasks like client communication, workflow, and order production
Helping maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and overall flow
Collaborating with the team to ensure every client has a seamless, high-end experience

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and team-driven. You’ll be trained, supported, and expected to grow.

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting salary: $35,000+ (based on experience) + bonus opportunities
